Q: How long do I have to activate my membership after signing up online?

You have 30 days to activate your membership with one of our friendly receptions staff. If you fail to do that in the first 30 days after signing up you will have to sign-up again.

Q: Why do I need a wristband?

Every member requires a wristband for our entry system, but you get great deal using it - Blackcard

Q: What happens if I loose my wristband?

Getting a replacement wristband is £5 these can be purchased at reception online - wristband.

Q: How old to I have to be to train in the Gym?

Members need to be 16 or above.

Q: Do you have Showers and changing facilities?

Yes indeed we do including Hair drying facilities.
